There is no per-user fee. The system is yours and runs on your hosting, so you can add ten more people to the team without the bill changing – you pay for the build once, and after that only for maintenance, if you choose to use it.
We cannot give a price for the build in advance. The difference between a system with three sales stages and one that also writes contracts, feeds into accounting and hands work over to production is large – and it only becomes clear once we have heard how you work. Between 20 and 60 working days. Where you fall in that range depends on two things: how many stages your sales process has and how many external systems the CRM has to connect to. A system that covers the path from enquiry to quote is towards the lower end. One that also generates contracts, exchanges data with accounting and opens work for production is towards the upper end.
You do not wait until the end to see something. We release the first working part early and your team starts using it while we build the rest – so if something is not the way you pictured it, you find out and we can adjust it.
You do. You receive the source code and the full database when the project is handed over.
The CRM keeps running, because it is on your server and does not depend on anything on our side. We hand over the documentation, the access details and the database structure, so the next developer can sit down and carry on from there.
If your process fits into them, go with them – it is cheaper, you can start straight away, and we will tell you so honestly. A system of your own makes sense in three cases: when you sell in a way the off-the-shelf product does not allow for, and you end up bending your work to fit its settings; when the per-user fee becomes too high to justify; and when your customer data must not leave the company. If none of the three applies to you, the ready-made system is the more sensible choice.
Yes, and that is part of the job, not an extra service. We move the data from your spreadsheets, your old system or wherever you keep it now, then reconcile counts and totals so you can be sure nothing has been left out.
We do, if you want. Or someone of your own – the code and the documentation are with you. Maintenance is a separate service, paid for separately once the project is complete.
Yes – an order from the shop can come into the CRM as a customer or a deal.
Tell us how a deal runs in your business – from the first enquiry to the handover. If it turns out that the real problems are in the warehouse, costs and paperwork rather than in sales, see our ERP system.
